James Rodriguez: Did you see what Jordan Henderson did for Colombia star in England w

Henderson was the only W88 live England player to miss a penalty as the Three Lions ran out 4-3 winners on spot-kicks in Moscow following a 1-1 draw after 120 minutes. The Liverpool captain saw his attempt from 12 yards well saved by Arsenal goalkeeper David Ospina.
But Henderson’s blushes were spared after Mateus Uribe cannoned his penalty off the underside of the crossbar and Kieran Trippier levelled to make it 3-3. Carlos Bacca then saw his attempt well saved by Jordan Pickford before Tottenham’s Eric Dier sealed England’s progression to the last eight for the first time in 12 years.
And while Henderson might have been forgiven W88 Mobile for spending his time thanking Dier for sparing him the kind of ignominy their manager Gareth Southgate once suffered for a spot-kick miss - he made time to console Colombia’s star man Rodriguez.
The play-maker, crucial to his country’s run to the quarter-finals in 2014 as the Golden Boot winner, was absent due to a calf injury picked up against Senegal in their group stage decider.
That left Rodriguez cheering on his compatriots from the sidelines at the Spartak Stadium, with Colombia sending him into ecstasy when Yerry Mina netted a 93rd minute equaliser to cancel out Harry Kane’s penalty. But the on-loan Bayern Munich attacker was ultimately left disappointed as his nation fell at the final hurdle thanks to Uribe and Bacca’s misses.
Yet Henderson made his way to the substitutes’ bench for a commendable show of sportsmanship as he consoled a clearly devastated Rodriguez - who supplied two assists but failed to score in La Tricolor’s group stage campaign.
